The SBC has decided on the following policy for RS paper authors:
- RS authors must continue registering for the event to cover publication costs;
- If any co-author is present at the event, it is expected that they present the paper live;
- If no co-author is present at the event, an online presentation and/or a pre-recorded video sent to the event chairs may be conducted;
- The presenting author must be online to present and/or answer questions.
We suggest that RS authors who choose remote presentation and/or video contact the chairs of their event.
